Dear member,

 We are pleased to notify the election process for the post of the President IMA Hoshiarpur 2017 from eligible members of IMA Hoshiarpur as per following schedule:

• Last date of filing nominations……………................................24.11.2016 by 5.00 PM
• Scrutiny of nominations by……….…………………………….  26-11-2016.
• Information to Candidate about validity of the nomination by… 27.11.2016
• Withdrawal of nomination…………………...............................28.11.2016 by 5.00 PM
• Filing of appeal against the decision of the  EC..........................28.11.2016 by 5.00 PM
• Elections if needed……………………………..05.12.2016…from 2.30 PM to 4.30 PM

Venue of Election……Amber Residency, Tanda Chowk Hoshiarpur

 Eligibility Conditions for the post of the President

1. The member who wants to   contest the election should be Life Member   of the IMA Hoshiarpur  for the last 5 years and having a good standing.
2. He/She should have worked as Executive Member for at least 1 year in  IMA Hoshiarpur  Branch since his/her membership
3. He/She should have cleared all the dues of the Association by 30^th Sept. 2016
4. He/She should have attended minimum of 50% of the total meetings held of the Association in the current year till the last date of filing of the nomination...
5. At the time of filing the papers he/she has to deposit Rs. 2000/- by DD/Cheque payable to IMA Hoshiarpur as non-refundable security.
6. He/she will have to give an undertaking as per format given along with the nomination papers stating that he/she has read all the eligibility conditions and agrees to these and fulfills these.

Nomination forms  can be had from the office of the undersigned.

Voting rights:- Members who have cleared their dues by 30-09-2016 will have the voting rights and only they will be allowed to vote. Voter list can be viewed at office of the Hony, Secretary IMA Hoshiarpur .
